This project is funded by Asthma+Lung UK for early cancer detection and is led by Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine and has collaborators from Warwick University, King’s College London, Oxford University, Brunel University and  Middlesex University.

Project title:

Super-PRISM – Machine Learning approaches to detect pre-neoplastic changes in mesothelial cells for early detection of mesothelioma using pleural fluid and liquid biopsies

Summary:

The Super-PRISM project is to develop a data repository and associated AI tools to improve the early diagnosis of malignant mesothelioma.
